Independent agency Cummins & Partners has tapped Ben McCallum as its new CEO.
McCallum, the former UM Australia managing director, joined the full service agency in July to head up its media division.
He has now been elevated to chief executive and fills a void left by Michael McConville in late 2024.
“Ben’s appointment reflects both the strength and ambition of Cummins & Partners,” said Cummins & Partners founder and chair Sean Cummins.
“We are entering a new chapter of growth and Ben’s leadership, client focus and deep industry experience will be instrumental in taking the agency to the next level.”
McCallum takes the reins of the agency on the back of some notable wins, including McCain, Stellantis, Snackbrands and a series of new business wins across consumer, retail, and automotive sectors.
He brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, including senior leadership positions at MediaCom as well as his three years at UM’s Sydney office.
“Cummins & Partners has always been known for its independence, creativity and ability to deliver outstanding results for clients,” said Ben McCallum, CEO, Cummins & Partners.
“I’m excited to lead the team at such a pivotal time, as we partner with some of the world’s biggest brands and continue expanding our offering across Australia.”
