NOVA Entertainment partner AIIMS Creator Hub has expanded its slate of podcasts with the addition of new sports podcast MAYDAY and true crime series The Disappearance of Katie Walker, while its popular sports podcast Unscripted with Josh Mansour also joins Nova Podcasts.
This month, as the Rugby League World Cup is in full swing, AIIMS Creator Hub has expanded its sports offering with the launch of MAYDAY, an unfiltered podcast hosted by Wests Tigers NRL brothers Terrell and Taylan May.
MAYDAY gives fans a look beyond the footy field, with the brothers talking not only rugby league but culture, family and everything in between. The show also features guest interviews, fan interactions and exclusive content centred on Terrell and Taylan’s lives beyond the game.
MAYDAY joins AIIMS Creator Hub’s popular rugby league podcast Unscripted with Josh Mansour. Hosted by former NRL player and media personality Josh Mansour, Unscripted has recorded 724,000 downloads and more than three million YouTube views since launching in May 2025, alongside more than 31 million Instagram views and 12 million TikTok views across its social footprint.
AIIMS Creator Hub has also extended its original storytelling into true crime with The Disappearance of Katie Walker, which launched in July.
The series follows the disappearance of British-born Sydney mother-of-two Katie Walker, who was last seen in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on 23 May. With the case unfolding in real time, the podcast focuses on Walker, the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and her family and friends’ ongoing search for answers.
“From the beginning, Pedro and I wanted AIIMS Creator Hub to be a place where great talent and strong ideas could become content people genuinely want to spend time with. MAFS Funny gave us an incredible start, and with NOVA as our partner, it’s been really exciting to see the slate grow. Each podcast is very different, but they’re all built around distinctive voices, compelling stories and a real connection with audiences,” said Joshua Fox, co-founder of AIIMS Creator Hub.
“We’ve been deliberate about building a diverse slate rather than trying to replicate the success of one format. The focus is on creating podcasts that have a clear reason to exist and can build communities around them. Our partnership with NOVA gives us a fantastic opportunity to build on that and connect the content with even more audiences,” added AIIMS co-founder Pedro Cuccovillo Vitola.
“AIIMS Creator Hub has built impressive momentum by combining strong creative instincts with an exceptional understanding of how to build audiences through social media. Since partnering with Josh and Pedro, we’ve seen them build on the success of MAFS Funny while taking a considered approach to expanding their portfolio into new genres and formats. It’s exciting to see their ambitions for the business taking shape and we’re proud to be part of that growth,” commented Rachel Corbett, Network Director for Nova Podcasts.
AIIMS Creator Hub has been a partner of NOVA Entertainment since March 2025, with its suite of podcasts available through the Nova Player and wherever listeners get their podcasts.
