Last night marked the return of 100% Footy to to Nine’s weekly content slate.
The show involves Bulldogs general manager of football Phil Gould, ex-Sharks premiership winner Paul Gallen, ex-Storm premiership winner Cam Smith, acclaimed journalist and ex-Jillaroo Allana Ferguson and anchor man James Bracey debate the biggest issues in Rugby League alongside the game’s most influential figures.
Penrith Panthers’ superstar Nathan Cleary joined last night’s panel to discuss his round one victory for a total TV national reach of 860,000 and a total TV national average audience of 246,000. The episode marked the first time 100% footy has utilised the new studio in North Sydney.
Nine topped the overnight ratings once again with its broadcast of Married At First Sight. A national reach of 2,831,000 and an average audience of 1,933,000 tuned in to watch a yet another drama fuelled episode.
The brides and grooms embarked on their annual group trip away. This season, for the first time ever the cast descended on a beautiful property in Kiama. Unfortunately, the brides and grooms weren’t influenced by the calm and zen nature of the property.
Drama ensued after Bec made a crude and vulgar joke about Rachel and Steven’s marriage. What was meant to be a harmless toast turned violent after she mocked the couple for taking their intimacy to the next level.
This led to multiple arguments across multiple couples, and will continue to fuel tonight’s drama filled episode.
Over on Seven its most watched entertainment program of the evening was Australian Idol. The episode pulled in a reach of 1,620,000 and an average audience of 884,000.
