Last night, Seven‘s My Kitchen Rules won the Ratings, bringing in a Total TV National Reach of 1,732,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 995,000.
The night began with tensions bubbling right from the start, as rival team Maria and Bailey admitted they were “hyper-critical” and wanted to expose any weaknesses in Justin and Will’s cooking. While they may have hoped their cutthroat approach would work, their scoring wasn’t enough to topple the leading teams.
Justin and Will’s global-inspired feast earned them perfect 10s and high praise from Manu Feildel. Their six-course extravaganza celebrated heritage and international flavours.
“It was the ugliest dish you’ve ever served, but also one of the most delicious. The depth of flavour is hard to describe. You’ve honoured your family, and I’m honoured to be here tonight,” Manu Feildel said.
Nine‘s A Current Affair won a Total TV National Reach of 1,627,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 1,052,000.
An episode detailed struggling Queensland business owners calling for an inquiry into a $7 billion scheme they fear is allowing opportunistic employees to rake in hefty sums in shonky workers’ compensation claims.
Employers Rodney Johnston and Rex Vegt claim they’ve been forced to hire private investigators to look into allegedly bogus Workcover Queensland claims filed by employees.
Owner of Bulk Granite Haulage, Johnston has built his family business from one truck to 185 of them, with an annual turnover of $120 million.
Channel 10‘s The Cheap Seats scored a Total TV National Reach of 744,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 385,000.
7.30 brought in a Total TV national Reach of 1,370,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 849,000 for ABC.
