The game shows are well and truly back. With the absence of Nine’s Shark! from the schedule on Tuesday night, Nine’s Tipping Point Australia and Seven’s The Chase Australia stepped back up.

Tipping Point Australia drew in a Total TV National Reach of 1,567,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 834,000. The Chase Australia came in at fifth with a nation reach of 1,523,000 and an average audience of 796,000.

The night’s big story was on Seven. My Reno Rules aired its live season finale with an episode that delivered all the drama, leaving Aussies on the edge of their seats. Queensland parents Mitch and Shaz pulled off a remarkable comeback from last place, scoring 99.5 points to claim the $1 million grand prize.

The drama didn’t stop there. Both LMCT+ prize winners, opted to take $2 million tax-free cash over the renovated Melbourne properties on offer. The finale came in sixth with a national reach of 1,494,000 and an average audience of 718,000.

Over on Ten, MasterChef Australia continued its Perfect Pairs week. Contestants were tasked with creating four serves of a dessert inspired by the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. The episode came in eleventh with a national reach of 1,035,000 and an average audience of 653,000.

ABC had a solid night with its encore run of Shaun Micallef’s Going for Broke. In fifteenth, it boasted a national reach of 895,000 and an average audience 471,000.
