Independent media agency, This is Flow, has appointed Kim Raicevich to the newly-created role of client service officer.
In her new role at Flow, she will work closely with the agency’s business directors, leadership team and client partners to grow the agency deliver a high standard of customer service to Flow’s clients.
Raicevich brings more than 35 years of global media, marketing and leadership experience, spanning senior roles across Australia, Japan, New York and Malaysia. She brings expertise in business and operational strategy, client management, operations, media planning and trading, team leadership and portfolio management.
The industry veteran has worked across several large media agencies, including a nine year stint at PHD Australia, where she led the Volkswagen Group Australia account from 2016–2023.
She has also held leadership roles at Fairfax Media, Omnicom Media Group, Aegis Media Network, UM, Mindshare, Clemenger and DDB Needham. Over her career, Raicevich led client accounts including Unilever, Pepsico, SC Johnson, Electrolux, Bayer, Deutsche Bank, Mastercard, Hyundai, Nestlé and Reckitt Benckiser.
