SaaS market research platform Ideally has appointed Danica Paki as head of commercial APAC and announced 15 other hires across the company.

Paki will lead commercial growth across the region, driving platform adoption, building strategic relationships with enterprise brands and agencies, and expanding Ideally’s presence in markets where they say “demand for faster, more accessible research is rising.”

She brings more than 15 years of experience across commercial strategy, technology, client leadership and business growth. She is known for identifying growth opportunities, shaping value, impact, go-to-market strategy, and building strong commercial systems within complex, fast-moving organisations.

Most recently, Paki worked as an independent commercial strategy consultant, partnering with Service and technology-led businesses to define and unlock commercial value.

Prior to that, she served as New Zealand CEO at ArchiPro, a New Zealand tech platform, having joined pre-Series A as GM of Growth and Client Experience and progressed to lead the New Zealand business, playing a central role in the company’s commercial transformation and international expansion.

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles including Little Giant/Isobar NZ who went on to be acquired by Dentsu New Zealand, where she helped build the business into a Gold Digital Agency of the Year winner. She has also held client leadership roles at YoungShand and Tribal Aotearoa.

“Joining Ideally feels like a full-circle moment for me. It brings together my foundations in marketing and strategy, my experience scaling SaaS businesses, and my recent work advising growth-stage companies. What drew me in is the platform’s ability to directly influence how businesses make decisions, sharpening how ideas and innovation actually land in the real world,” Paki said.

“At a time when companies are under increasing pressure to move faster and smarter AND with less, that ability to go to market with confidence is incredibly powerful, and I’m excited to help scale that impact.”

Ideally Co-Founder and CRO Josh Nu’u Steele said the appointment reflects Ideally’s growth ambitions.

“Danica is the real deal. She’s built and scaled revenue functions inside high-growth tech businesses, she gets what enterprise customers actually need, and she moves fast, which is how we operate at Ideally. APAC has been on a roll, and having someone of Danica’s calibre leading that charge – I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re going to build this year.” Nu’u Steele said.
