The Loom has expanded its leadership team, appointing former Deloitte Dean Isreb and Annabel Acton as customer growth partners

The Loom, Omnicom Oceania’s customer growth and brand innovation advisory, said it follows growing demand for connected approaches to brand, customer and business transformation.

Isreb joins The Loom following senior roles with Monitor Deloitte, Strategy&, PwC and Macquarie.

Acton, previously with Deloitte Digital, brings experience in enterprise brand and customer growth strategy, venture capital and startup leadership, having worked with consulting firms What If! Innovation, eatbigfish, as well as investment and venture businesses Kin Group and AfterWork Ventures.

Nick Garrett, CEO of Omnicom Oceania said: “Brand strategy is inextricably linked to business strategy and has become one of the most powerful drivers of enterprise value. The organisations creating sustainable growth are using brand to shape decisions across customer experience, innovation, culture and transformation. The growth of The Loom, and the appointments of Dean and Annabel, reflect the increasing demand for this integrated approach to growth.”

Isreb and Acton, The Loom said, bring complementary expertise spanning enterprise strategy, customer growth, transformation, innovation and venture investment.

They will work closely with organisations to connect brand ambition, customer experience, operating models and commercial performance, helping organisations unlock new growth opportunities.

Ahmad Salim, CEO of The Loom said: “Organisations are looking for a more connected approach to growth, one that brings together brand, customer and business strategy rather than treating them as separate conversations. Dean and Annabel strengthen our ability to help leaders define where future growth will come from and ensure that ambition is reflected across the organisation.”

Isreb and Acton said: “Many organisations understand the role brand plays in shaping perception. The more interesting challenge is ensuring brand informs decisions across the enterprise. When brand becomes a strategic tool for guiding customer experience, investment priorities, innovation and organisational focus, it becomes a catalyst for growth.”

As part of Omnicom Oceania, The Loom gives organisations access to strategic growth advisory alongside helping connect brand, customer and business strategy to create long-term enterprise value. The Loom is part of Omnicom Oceania’s advisory ecosystem, which brings together expertise in growth strategy, transformation, reputation, intelligence and customer experience to help organisations unlock new sources of growth.
