The Company We Keep Bolsters APAC Presence With Five New Hires In Singapore

Experiential marketing agency The Company We Keep (The CWK), part of global experiential Opus Agency, has strengthened its APAC presence with five new hires in Singapore, taking its regional team to 13.

The appointments span creative, production, digital and account management, reflecting The CWK’s commitment to investing in talent to meet rising client demand across Asia. Growth is being fuelled by a combination of new client partnerships and expanded remits from existing relationships Salesforce, UBS and Red Hat.

Since opening in February 2023, The CWK’s Singapore hub has become a launchpad for delivering experiences across Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Greater China and India. Recent projects have included the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour (Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur) and UBS Asian Investment Conference Singapore Wealth Edition, showcasing the agency’s ability to scale and adapt to diverse regional needs.

“Since launching in Singapore, we’ve seen first-hand how clients are doubling down on experiences to grow their brands across Asia. Clients are looking for partners who can move fast, adapt to different markets and bring global best practice to local audiences—and that’s exactly what our expanded team allows us to do,” said Victor Darmawan, business director APAC.

Earlier this year, The CWK joined global experiential leader Opus Agency, part of The Opus Group—a partnership that combines local expertise with global scale and is accelerating growth across APAC.

“APAC has fast become one of the most exciting growth regions for our clients and Singapore has already proven to be the right base to serve them. Our people-first approach, and the reputation our local team has built in the market, are what drive the strong relationships and creative solutions our clients trust us for,” added Nigel Ruffell, EVP APAC.

“With the global reach of Opus Agency and the wider Opus Group behind us, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead to accelerate our footprint and deliver world-class experiences at greater scale.”

The CWK’s Singapore investment builds on wider APAC momentum. The agency has also welcomed new hires in Sydney, bringing its total headcount to more than 100 people across the region. Together, The CWK’s teams in Singapore and Australia form a strong base to deliver integrated, large-scale solutions for brands across APAC.
