TBWA\Australia has strengthened its executive bench with the announcement of two senior promotions: Ricci Meldrum to chief of staff at TBWA\Sydney and Kiefer Casamore to group managing director at TBWA\Melbourne.
In her expanded national remit, Meldrum will work to align, execute and deliver TBWA’s key strategic priorities within the agencies and their respective executive teams.
Casamore will lead the next phase of growth for Melbourne, with a continued focus on building exceptional relationships and a culture of strategic and creative effectiveness. Both will report directly to CEO Kimberlee Wells.
Meldrum brings more than 30 years of industry experience. Before joining TBWA, she spent two years as managing partner at BMF Melbourne and 15 years in executive and board roles at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.
Casamore joined the group through Eleven in 2017 after returning from the UK and was promoted to executive general manager in 2024. In that role, his remit has spanned the earned creative output for the group, as well leading TBWA’s global sustainability practice, Sustain.
“Ricci and Kiefer are exceptional leaders who have each played an important role in shaping our business. These appointments make the most of TBWA’s national capabilities whilst ensuring our office leads remain focussed on what matters most – our clients and our product,” said TBWA\Australia chief executive Kimberlee Wells.
“There is enormous strength across TBWA in Australia. I’m excited to work more closely across Melbourne and Sydney, connecting our capabilities across Omnicom, aligning our teams and priorities, to realise more growth opportunities for our clients,” said Meldrum.
“I’ve spent close to a decade growing with this business, so to have the opportunity to lead TBWA\Melbourne into its next chapter is incredibly meaningful. We have brilliant people, ambitious clients and Disruption as a powerful framework. My focus is on turning those ingredients into more outstanding work and sustainable impact,” said Casamore.
