Slingshot Wins Daikin Account

Media strategy specialist Slingshot has won the strategy, planning and buying account for air conditioning manufacturer, Daikin.

Daikin joins an ever-growing client base of ‘home’ focused clients such as BlueScope Steel, Inspirations Paint, Solahart, Universal Sony Home Entertainment and Sanitarium.

Daikin Australia national marketing manager, Dan Tosh said: “We really like the way that Slingshot approaches media strategy and how they take it to ground in implementation.

“As a marketing team we are always looking for the competitive edge and appointing Slingshot supports that.”

Slingshot chief information office and partner Simon Corbett (featured image) said securing the Daikin business was another highlight in the Slingshot story.

Corbett commented: “Every time Slingshot wins a client such as Daikin – the World’s industry leader – we see it as a stamp of approval that we are continuing to develop great work.

Slingshot will begin work on the business immediately.
