Brisbane-based research and insights company, Veracity Research, has signed a new partnership with Australasian marketing community, The Marketing Club, bringing together two organisations with a shared passion for helping marketers learn, connect and make more informed decisions.

The new 12-month partnership will combine The Marketing Club’s community and a focus on practical learning with Veracity’s research, customer insights and expertise, giving marketers greater access to useful ideas, evidence and support they can apply in their day-to-day roles.

The partnership follows Veracity and The Marketing Club’s first collaboration in June, ‘What Good Actually Looks Like’, a live event that brought together more than 80 marketers in Brisbane to explore what good marketing looks like in 2026.

The event proved a natural fit for both organisations, with strong feedback from The Marketing Club community and a clear appetite for more. It also highlighted a shared philosophy: that the best learning is practical, curiosity matters, and marketers benefit enormously from having a strong community around them.

At The Marketing Club events, members will be able to access exclusive partnership offers from Veracity, including discounted research and insights services and exclusive partner offers. Veracity will also provide its expertise to The Marketing Club community through educational events and panel discussions across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, thought leadership podcasts and webinars, networking opportunities and community-building events in Brisbane.

The Marketing Club is Australasia’s fastest-growing marketing community, with more than 19,000 marketers. Founded in 2022, The Marketing Club has created an inclusive and energetic community where marketers can connect, exchange ideas, learn from one another and grow professionally.

Veracity Research is an independent market research and insights consultancy that helps organisations get closer to the truth through rigorous research, practical thinking and clear recommendations. Its focus is on making research useful and accessible, helping marketers better understand their customers and make decisions with greater confidence.

For Veracity, the partnership is also an opportunity to contribute beyond its client work by sharing practical, evidence-based thinking with the broader, national marketing community and strengthening the connection between research, strategy and marketing practice.

“We loved working with The Marketing Club from day one. After our first event together, it was obvious how well aligned we were. Both of our organisations are passionate about helping marketers learn, connect and get better at what they do,” said Veracity Research managing director, Erin Core.

“As researchers, we’re naturally curious people. We love helping marketers understand their customers, challenging assumptions and getting closer to the truth before making important decisions. The Marketing Club has created a fantastic community of marketers who share that same curiosity and willingness to learn from one another.

“This partnership gives us an opportunity to contribute beyond our client work and support a broader community of marketers. We’re excited to share ideas, learn from others and be part of conversations that help marketers make better decisions.”

“This wasn’t a partnership that started in a boardroom – it started in a room full of marketers, and we’re so excited to partner with Erin and the Veracity team. The feedback we received from the community after the Veracity event was extraordinary, with a huge appetite for more, which will now come to fruition,” said The Marketing Club founder, Chanel Clark.

“It quickly became clear how much our organisations have in common. We both believe learning should be practical and useful, that curiosity and continuous improvement are essential for marketers, and that a strong professional community helps everyone do better work.

“This partnership brings together two things marketers need more than ever: community and evidence. The Marketing Club creates the space for marketers to connect, share and learn from each other, while Veracity brings the research and customer insights that help marketers make decisions with confidence.

“Together, we want to give marketers more of what helps them thrive – the practical tools, sharper insights, fresh perspectives and a strong community of peers. Ultimately, it’s about helping marketers learn faster, make smarter decisions and create greater impact for their organisations.”

The first Veracity and Marketing Club webinar event, What your dashboard isn’t telling you, will be held on 13 October.
