The results of 2022’s fifth GfK Radio Ratings Metro & DAB+ have been released, and there’s been some big movers and shakers of late; King Kyle has returned!

Getting the obvious out of the way first, Kyle and Jackie O beat Ben Fordham and returned to number one! Huge news in the radio world.

In Melbourne, 3AW clung to the top spot and ABC’s Sammy J’s breakfast made moves to land the number three position.

Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane saw Kate, Tim & Joel hang on to the number one spot in the drive slot. In Perth, Nova dominated both breakfast and drive.

Up north in Brisbane, Kate, Tim, and Joel dominated the drive, but Carrie and Tommy were hot on their heels!

It’ll be very interesting to see if Kyle and Jackie O stay back on top and what stops Fordham is going to pull out in an attempt to secure his number one position again,

It is simply all to exciting!
