“Do The Show By Yourselves!” King Kyle Storms Off After On-Air Dispute & Abandons Jackie O

Radio king, Kyle Sandiland’s stormed off halfway through a segment on the Kyle and Jackie O Show this morning, abandoning Jackie O and creating absolute live chaos.

If there’s one thing Australia doesn’t need right now it’s losing Sandiland’s as an on-air personality. Between COVID-19 case numbers and The Australian Opening ending – we need this man more than ever!

However, this morning during a robust discussion about if – the alleged leaked text messages from former NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian where she called Scott Morrison a, ‘horrible’ person –  were newsworthy.

Sandilands got so enraged he walked off!

The discussion kicked off between Sandilands, Jackie O and Brooklyn Ross.

News.com.au reported that Sandilands, who has been a public supporter of Berejiklian, said: “This is the biggest news in Australia, and it’s all over nothing. So what if the ex-Premier called the prime minister a horrible, horrible person?

“I’ve called everyone here an effing c in text messages. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gladys was just pacifying whatever loser Minister she was talking to.”

Jackie O took a different stance and explained that she understood why it was dominating the headlines, she said: “It is the news.”

As the discussion progressed, Sandilands seemingly got more and more annoyed.

Jackie O, even said at one point, “oh my god, what’s up with you this morning?”

Eventually, Ross interjected with why he thought the story was so important, he said: “People are aware of what’s happened. Like it has been put to Scott Morrison that there’s this text message that apparently someone has seen.

“He has responded to it, Glady’s has responded to it and we make up our own minds.”

Sandilands cut him off and said: “Just turn your mic off. You’re finished! Get out!”

Shortly afterwards, Sandilands said:  “Do the show by yourselves! What an f#cking show it will be.”

And stormed off!

Jackie O seemed pretty surprised when he exited and said: “Ok, I think we’ll take a short break because I’m not even sure what happened.

“Did something happen before I got here? Was it all good?”

Ross said: “I love him so much. I just wish he didn’t get so worked up.”

News.com.au reported he didn’t return to the show for at least an hour, leaving Jackie O and the KIIS team scrambling to create a show without him.

However, eventually, he did come back and things went on as normal. Although here at B&T, we are still recovering from the stress of his exit.
