Bloom Strategy has officially launched, offering a new creative strategy consultancy, purpose-built for the media industry.

Founded by media sales and creative leaders Jessica Wood and Kristy Emmanouil, Bloom Strategy helps organisations align creativity, strategy and teams to drive clearer thinking, stronger storytelling and improved commercial outcomes.

With deep experience across Australia’s major media brands, Bloom Strategy was created to address a familiar industry challenge: brilliant ideas can lose momentum due to misalignment, unclear strategy, or lack of repeatable process. With smaller teams, long hiring cycles and the ever present closing deadline; it’s no surprise that the Australian Media industry sees higher than the national average rate of burnout.

According to the 2024 Mentally Healthy Survey by Never not Creative, 70 per cent of workers in the media, marketing and creative industry are experiencing burnout in the last twelve months.

“The media industry moves fast and often teams are not equipped with the right knowledge, systems and structures to ensure that employees’ wellbeing and creative thinking is protected whilst being able to deliver incredible work at pace” said Emmanouil.

Bloom Strategy’s service offering is designed specifically to support the way businesses operate across sales, client, marketing and leadership teams:
