Quiip has announced the appointment of leading industry figures Venessa Paech (right, pictured) and Amber Robinson (Left, pictured) as Senior Community Consultants.
Venessa is a global leading community strategist and educator, who has led online community for organisations including Lonely Planet, REA Group and Australia Post.
She created the Australian Community Manager Roundtables in 2009 and with Quiip CEO Alison Michalk co-founded Swarm, the annual conference for community professionals in Australia and New Zealand. Venessa also co-founded the national network for community professionals Australian Community Managers (ACM), which supports the industry with research, training, events, advocacy and more. She is currently pursuing her PhD in the application of AI for online communities.
Amber is an experienced digital specialist with a background in journalism, digital strategy, content marketing and all aspects of social media. She has led some of Australia’s largest online communities for women, including Nine’s Essential Baby Network and forums and review website www.beautyheaven.com.au, and managed consumer and B2B social media for brands including Microsoft and Lenovo. In 2018, she established Amber Robinson Digital, providing strategic content services to agencies and clients.
