Milk+Honey Lays Rubber, Winning Bridgestone’s Creative Away From BWM/Dentsu

Indie agency Milk+Honey United has been appointed as creative agency for Australia’s tyre market leader, Bridgestone, following a competitive pitch process.

B&T understands BWM/Dentsu was the incumbent agency.

Milk+Honey’s remit includes brand design, brand advertising and retail advertising for Bridgestone’s 300+ stores across Australia.

National marketing manager, David Honner, said, “Bridgestone Australia is in the process of bringing to life an exciting global strategy as we transform from being a tyre company to a sustainable solutions business, and Steve, Andy and Hazelle’s brand and retail experience made them an ideal partner for the next stage of our journey.”

Milk+Honey co-founder, Steve Jackson added, “You enter a pitch hoping you’ll find a client partner who is like minded and as passionate about shaking things up as you are. Right from the off it was clear the Bridgestone team has a real desire to create category defining work.”

Milk+Honey co-founder, Andy DiLallo added, “Bridgestone is a global name with a rich local heritage and we’re excited to welcome this iconic brand to the land of Milk+Honey”

Managing director, Hazelle Klønhammer, “There is so much untapped potential and we’re delighted to be on this journey with such smart, ambitious and progressive clients.”
