Gareth Fitzpatrick brings with him a wealth of experience across creative agencies and in-house teams in London, Melbourne and Sydney, including Pepsi, AMEX, Tennis Australia, and Commbank. This experience in both agency and client side equips him with a great understanding of brand strategy and a commitment to well-crafted results-driven creativity.

Parris and Fitzpatrick’s arrival at Icon continues the agency’s commitment to interdisciplinary problem-solving, creativity and effectiveness.

Executive creative director Michael Knox said: “Bringing Ken and Gareth into the team in Sydney continues the exciting period of growth and change we’re experiencing. The creative duo will work across Icon’s growing technology and government client portfolio, including Meta, Salesforce, DFAT and the Department of Home Affairs.

Recent strong growth in NSW, which has seen the Icon team expand from 3 to almost 30 in three years, has also prompted a move to new headquarters in Surry Hills.
