A new Bondi-based micro-reality series, FLEX, is seeking to work with a small handful of chosen brands to be heavily integrated into the narrative.
The show, which is currently screening on Nine’s digital platform, 9Now, and social platforms TikTok and Instagram, follows the lives of a group of seven young, good-looking Bondi strivers navigating the “fake it till you make it” reality of Bondi.
They take a look behind the curtain on the hustle needed to survive a world where pre-dawn fitness culture is the new social currency, your abs are your CV, and your community is your competition.
As the party girl lifestyle trades places with pre-dawn fitness culture, FLEX takes a look at what is exactly required to stay attractive, stay relevant, and as some would say, stay in the game.
FLEX is Australia’s first major entry into the global micro-drama explosion, and a world-first in applying the format to unscripted reality.
Here’s an example.

The show is delivered in snackable, unfiltered, 1-2 minute daily micro-episodes on Instagram and TikTok, with full 22-25 minute weekly episodes dropping on 9Now.
FLEX wants to work with brands that effectively want to “become characters within the show itself”.
Ronde Media (the production company behind Bondi Rescue and Territory) produces the micro-reality series for the Nine Network.
“We aren’t looking for sponsors; we are looking for cast members,” Ben Davies, founder of Ronde said.
“We want brands with a specific attitude – those bold, fit, and confident enough to survive the scrutiny of the Bondi spotlight.”
