Doors Plus has appointed Claire Whitehouse as chief marketing officer and independent agency Co.gency as its lead media agency.
The appointments reflect the evolution of Doors Plus’ marketing strategy, bringing brand, media, digital and customer experience together to create a more connected customer journey.
Whitehouse brings more than a decade of marketing experience across retail, FMCG and consumer brands. Whitehouse joins from Canon Australia where she was manager of experiential & growth marketing Oceania.
“Doors Plus already has a recognised brand, a national showroom network and decades of customer trust. Our opportunity is to build on those foundations by creating a more connected experience from inspiration through to installation. By bringing together brand, media, digital and customer experience, we can better serve our customers and support the company’s continued growth,” said Whitehouse.
As part of this next phase, Doors Plus has appointed Co.gency to lead its media strategy, supporting the company’s focus on insight-led media planning and investment.
“Doors Plus has an iconic Australian brand and a clear ambition for growth. We’re excited to partner with the team to help more Australians discover the brand, while ensuring every media investment supports meaningful business outcomes,” said Co.gency managing director Jon Bonwick.
“Doors Plus has built a trusted national brand over more than 35 years, and we’re evolving our marketing approach to engage customers in more relevant and effective ways,” said Door Plus chief executive Tim Renfrey.
“This is about building the capability to support the next stage of the company’s growth. These appointments position us to better connect with customers, build on the strength of the Doors Plus brand and support the company’s long-term growth.”
