Creative marketing agency Vamp has strengthened its Australian leadership team with four senior appointments as the influencer marketing agency scales its service-led model in response to rising demand for integrated, creator-driven campaigns.
The new hires include Simone Bevan as head of brand and integration, Katrina West as senior product manager, Caoilfhionn Blaney as client delivery manager, and Phi Austin as chief financial officer.
The expansion reflects a broader shift in the market, with brands increasingly seeking end-to-end solutions that combine influencer marketing, creative strategy, and paid social amplification under a single integrated approach.
Co-Founder Aaron Brooks said the appointments come at a pivotal moment for the business as client needs become more complex.
“Our clients’ needs are becoming more complex and diverse,” Brooks said. “These hires are essential for supporting the next phase of growth, enabling us to continue delivering scaled and sophisticated client services while evolving our 11-year legacy in the creator space.”
Bevan, who joins from History Will Be Kind and Hopeful Monsters, will lead Vamp’s brand positioning and large-scale creative strategy, focusing on go-to-market development as the agency sharpens its positioning in the creator economy.
“What excites me about this role is the trajectory Vamp is on and the opportunity to help shape what comes next,” Bevan said. “There’s real momentum behind where we’re heading.”
West will focus on improving product and platform-led client experience, while Blaney—formerly of One Green Bean—will oversee managed campaign delivery. Austin, previously at Click Media, steps in as CFO to drive financial strategy as the business continues to scale.
