Digital marketing agency Click Click Media has launched ChatGPT advertising and AI consulting services across Australia in a move to help brands capture audience attention directly within AI search and decision-making conversations.

The new offerings are designed to help businesses adapt as AI continues to reshape customer discovery, search behaviour and online visibility, according to the agency.

Building on the agency’s investment in AI technologies, the launch responds to growing demand from businesses adapting to rising acquisition costs and changing customer behaviour.

Click Click Media’s co-founder and managing director Phillip Wendell, said the move comes as businesses are entering a new era of visibility, trust and customer acquisition.

“AI is changing the way businesses earn visibility and trust. The brands performing strongly usually have better CX, stronger customer trust and better systems behind the scenes,” Wendell said.

“For years, businesses could separate marketing from operations. That’s becoming much harder now. Customer experience, retention and operational efficiency are all influencing digital performance.

Wendell said the launch reflects “growing demand” from businesses seeking practical guidance on AI-driven search, discovery and customer acquisition.

“AI is making it easier for customers to find exactly what they’re looking for. Businesses that provide clear information, strong CX and build trust will be better positioned as more purchasing decisions are being made inside AI platforms,” said Wendell.

The agency’s AI Consulting offering helps businesses identify and implement practical AI solutions across marketing, operations and workflow automation. Its ChatGPT Advertising service supports brands looking to understand and participate in emerging AI-driven advertising environments.

According to co-founder and director Claire Wendell, the agency’s investment in AI reflects its long-standing commitment to helping clients navigate change.

“Over the past two decades we’ve seen multiple shifts reshape the way businesses grow online. AI is the latest evolution, but the fundamentals remain the same. Strong businesses with strong systems, great customer experiences and long term strategy will continue to perform well.”
