Bud Light is bringing back last year’s ‘Big Men on Cul-de-Sac’ trio—Shane Gillis, Post Malone and Peyton Manning—for another Super Bowl spot. In the teaser, they are driving to a wedding while hauling a keg and singing along to Limp Bizkit.
The ‘Big Men on Cul-de-Sac’ featured in Bud Light’s 2025 Super Bowl ad, but this time they’re trading the suburbs for a wedding.
The Super Bowl will be held on February 8 in Santa Clara, California and air on NBC.
Last year’s spot saw the trio turn a neighbourhood block party into a celebration fuelled by music and Bud Lights, while the 2026 instalment sees them heading to a wedding, singing along to Limp Bizkit, and carrying a keg of Bud Light. The driver is actor Nicholas Heffelfinger.
Three years after a marketing controversy caused its sales to falter, Bud Light is focusing on familiar faces to win back trust. Post Malone will be making his fifth Bud Light commercial appearance, with Manning appearing for the fourth time, and Gillis returning for the second year in a row.
The keg in the spot is also relevant to a promotion that the company is launching. Beginning this week and running through Super Bowl Sunday, the company will give fans $60 (AUD $89) off their purchase of a keg of Bud Light when scanning a QR code.
The Super Bowl is a significant advertising moment of the year for most consumer brands, with many more brands rolling out teasers as we quickly approach the sporting event.
