Brisbane-based full-service agency BCM Group has expanded its media and performance teams designed to support its new structure
Former Queensland Tourism Industry Council staffer Natalie Pahor has joined in a newly created digital and operations manager role and former Alex Ainsworth, formerly of AKQA Media has joined as a performance manager.
Jai Nuth joins the agency’s performance team as a performance specialist, supporting BCM’s recently launched Search Works, a data-driven brand visibility product, built to help brands increase total search visibility.
Lukas Temple, managing director of BCM Group, said: “Nat, Alex and Jai’s appointments continue our efforts to deliver an experienced, unified team for our clients. Their roles will support our new agency structure, along with our Search Works product as it continues to gain momentum in the market. We know that growth of this kind requires the right people – that’s why we’re investing in our full-service media and performance teams, recruiting talent that strengthens our ability to deliver a holistic approach to brand visibility.”
Commenting on her appointment, Pahor said: “My career goal has always been to work in organisations that encourage a curious, empathetic and analytical mindset. BCM Group delivers that, with its commitment to innovation, growth and integration. The agency’s focus on bringing together media, performance and creative thinking aligns with how I believe modern marketing should work. I’m looking forward to strengthening our capabilities and delivering even greater value for clients.”
The appointments follow BCM Group’s recent restructuring of its agency model, combining its strategy and creative director roles into a new creative strategy lead function, and launching a new dedicated Craft Team for a more integrated client approach. The agency’s integrated offering includes Media and Creative, IVY PR and Veracity Research.
Existing head of strategy Dave Mooney and creative director Sam Boyd were both appointed into new creative strategy lead roles, partnering to set the agency’s strategic and creative direction. The new 10-strong craft team, led by newly instated head of craft Miguel Gadea, launched with the appointment of former DDB staffer Natalia Spreys as head of motion design.
All appointments are effective immediately.
