Amazon Ads has launched its AI-powered campaign management tool, Ads Agent, in the Australian market.
The tool, which is now available to all Amazon DSP self-service users, allows advertisers to upload a media plan and have the agent automatically generate campaign structures, budgets, targeting and pacing for review before launching.
According to Amazon, 65 per cent of advertisers in the US saw improved delivery rates using Ads Agent’s recommendations, with an average 18 per cent reduction in CPM and 16 per cent reduction in CPA.

Ads Agent is also available within Amazon Marketing Cloud, where it can generate SQL queries and audience insights through natural language prompts.

“As we continue to simplify the needs of advertisers using DSP, we saw an opportunity to streamline campaign development, reducing the time spent manually building campaign structures one by one,” Willie Pang, managing director of Amazon Ads ANZ said.
“With Ads Agent, advertisers can upload their media plan, the agent builds the full campaign structure, and they review and approve.
“Hours of manual work are turned into minutes of conversation, making advertising more efficient, more performant, and simpler for advertisers.”
