Independent full-service agency AFFINITY has boosted its senior bench with the appointment of Jo Biddle as group advisory director.
With her expertise in brand strategy, digital, CX, and large-scale delivery of integrated creative marketing, Biddle will lead AFFINITY’s advisory team – a model that combines account management with strategy in a single service.
This structure provides clients with business consultation and project delivery from a single source to maintain focus on the business’s objectives while developing marketing activities to achieve attributable and relevant results.

Biddle brings two decades of agency experience spanning Australia and the UK, playing a role in helping to deliver integrated creative, digital, and customer engagement programs across major transformation and CX-driven accounts, working at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology to shape advanced customer journeys and high-performing omnichannel programs.
During her time at Ogilvy UK, Biddle led flagship clients including British Airways, American Express, and telco BT, managing multi-market campaigns and complex global brand stewardship. After relocating to Australia, she worked on high-profile client accounts Virgin Australia and Telstra at CHE Proximity, then Nestlé and American Express at Ogilvy AU, and Vodafone at JWT.
Most recently, Biddle held global roles client-side for five years in the tech/SaaS sector with Ctrack and Inseego, managing campaigns across multiple channels, customer journeys and touchpoints, and marketing automation.
At AFFINITY, Biddle takes on accountability for the success of the entire advisory team, the profitable growth of client businesses, leading strategic capability, as well as supporting the agency’s ongoing growth.
Biddle’s appointment is effective immediately.
