TMSPC Group, the holding company behind Admosis Media Group, has bought an 85 per cent stake in Creative Converters, with the two agencies now set to collaborate on client work.
Creative Converters will retain its brand and current employees. Creative Converters founder Gretta van Riel will stay on as a minority shareholder and strategic advisor, while Gabi Nedelko will rejoin the business as co-founder and fellow minority shareholder, together holding the remaining 15 per cent stake.
Creative Converters offers services including User-Generated Content (UGC), Influencer-Generated Content (IGC), Media Buying and Consulting. It has supported over 600 brands, including the Oodie, PE Nation, Go To Skincare, Bondi Boost and Frank Body. It has also generated over $500M in revenue for its clients since its founding in 2020.
Admosis Media Group is a full-service media & advertising agency specialising in easy business growth through paid strategies. It helps businesses increase their online visibility, attract new customers and drive revenue growth.
As part of the partnership, both businesses will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects, combining their respective expertise to deliver broader, more integrated marketing and advertising services. It will also enable both businesses to unlock new revenue opportunities both globally and locally.
