Accenture Song has been named Red Dot: Agency of the Year 2025, for its ‘limitless and connected’ mindset.

Accenture Song’s culture is built on curiosity, agency and shared principles. Combining consulting rigor with creative diversity and technology, helps organisations shape meaningful experiences that drive growth.

It was this mindset and culture that had Accenture Song hailed as the Red Dot: Agency of the Year. This title is granted each year to an agency recognised for forward-thinking, impactful design and innovation work.

“We’re a business with many practices, capabilities and different versions of creativity. Our superpower is how we connect all of those things. Our edge lies in human-first design, platform-agnostic delivery and global scale—enabling clients across industries such as consumer goods, retail, automotive and financial services to create high-value, seamless customer experiences. Song brings together deep expertise in design, commerce, marketing and technology to harmonise brand, business and experience in ways that drive loyalty, adoption and joy.”

Innovation, research and sustainability are also firmly embedded in the agency’s operations, reflecting its commitment to responsible design based on sound insights and data. Artificial intelligence is seen as a transformative opportunity: “Automating the ‘how’ of creativity frees human teams to focus on the ‘why’ and ‘what’, where human insight, taste and ambition remain essential,” added Law.

By creating meaningful, culturally resonant experiences, Accenture Song is shaping the next generation of brand experiences—ensuring every interaction is relevant and deeply connected to the human experience.
