Sydney-based creative and innovation agency Three Are One has marked a major milestone in its rapid expansion, announcing a roster of ten flagship clients.
Clients include Google and The Washington Post – alongside Australian industry leaders Medibank, Brickworks, News Corp Australia and ClubsNSW.
The agency’s growth is not just local. Over 50 per cent of its revenue now comes from outside Australia, signaling strong international demand for its integrated model that fuses strategy, creativity and innovation into a single, end-to-end process.
“We’ve architected our model to be globally relevant and to deliver across that entire system, bringing together decades of expertise from client, consulting and creative worlds into a single, unified capability. The result is a more powerful, more connected approach to growth. Put simply, we’re built around how enduring growth is actually created,” Brendan Collogan, Director said.
The agency’s approach has been further strengthened by the addition of award-winning creative leader Stu Turner, whose experience spans Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Effies accolades.
Turner has also deployed generative AI within agency workflows, aligning closely with Three Are One’s mission to embed AI capabilities into client operations, rather than just selling AI solutions.
“It’s been a heck of a ride in the indie world,” Turner said. “Seeing this new model take flight with so many clients has been incredible. Our goal is simple: create things that are useful, enduring, and definitely not boring.”
Looking ahead, Three Are One is focused on evolving its ‘fused’ model, with several new generative AI creative partnerships set to debut in the coming months.
