Property group Stockland has handed its media account to Zenith following a competitive pitch, B&T can reveal.
The remit includes full media planning and buying services, which had previously been carried out by EssenceMediacom.
Stockland General Manager, Brand & Channels, Natalie Warren-Smith told B&T: “We have had a long and valued relationship with EssenceMediacom and thank the team for their work.
“We look forward to welcoming Zenith as our new partner to deliver on the next phase of our growth strategy.”
In a recent article on Mi3, Warren-Smith said that Stockland is invested in strong partnerships and “we absolutely pride ourselves on treating our agency partners as an extension of our team”.
“You want to make the right work that’s effective, and to do that, you need the right partners that deeply understand your marketing and customer problems that can help you deliver the right outcomes – and you can’t do that if you treat it as a transactional relationship,” she added.
Stockland is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia with more than $17.9 billion of real estate assets.
Zenith declined to comment on the appointment.
