When Sara Mesa entered this year’s Married At First Sight, she openly spoke about the pain that cheating has caused her.
Surprising, therefor that she has now found herself at the centre of this year’s cheating scandal, after it was announced that she went behind her ‘husband’ Tim’s back and met up with an ex flame.
Sara confessed to cheating on Australian radio show Fitzy & Wippa saying “It’s definitely an emotional cheat. I definitely take on board that what I did was wrong.”
“I think one of my major regrets was not being more apologetic and not consoling Tim right then and there. I think at that moment, my heart came out of my ass a little and I was like, ‘Holy crap, I’m on national television. Everyone’s going to think I’m a cheater, and I didn’t cheat.’”
Her fellow contestants were unforgiving with many telling Tim he should leave the bride.
“Tim, run for the hills man,” Jayden said.
“Sara doesn’t actually want to stay here to repair things with you. She wants to repair her image and stay here till the end.”
