Last night’s ratings battle quickly turned into a quiz show smackdown building on Monday’s momentum, as this week’s ratings race intensifies.
Leading the pack was Nine’s Tipping Point Australia, which emerged as the night’s top non-news program with a Total TV National Reach of 1,511,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 792,000.
Hot on its heels, also on the Nine Network, was The Hundred with Andy Lee. It had a national reach of 1,508,000 and an average audience of 664,000.
Last night’s episode included a celebrity panel of Aussie favourites including Joel Creasey, Kate Langbroek and Mike Goldstein.
Over on Seven, The Chase Australia remained a fierce contender in the battle for eyeballs. It had a national reach of 1,447,000 and an average audience of 727,000.
Beyond the game show battle, soap opera programming delivered solid results, with Aussie cult classic Home and Away boasting a national reach of 1,425,000 and an average audience of 999,000.
Seven’s new reality renovation series My Reno Rules continued to perform well, with a national reach of 1,345,000 and an average audience of 571,000.
Over on Ten, MasterChef Australia plated up a national reach of 1,179,000 and an average audience of 708,000. Contestants faced a high-stakes 36 minute cooking challenge, with Casper winning immunity from the fast approaching, first elimination of the season.
