A fuming Chantel and Wyatt (9Now).

The Block’s frantic scramble to finish the main ensuite had 1.9 million viewers watch last night’s episode on Nine. If designing and building a fully functional main ensuite isn’t challenging enough, four Blockheads have butted heads after their tradesmen jumped ship.

This confrontation kept an average audience of one million Aussies entertained. So, what happened?

House 4 (Courtney and Sev) are struggling to get their waterproofing done. Without this important step, tiles cannot be laid.

So, there site manager Aido was forced to intervene.

Unfortunately for Chantel and Wyatt in House 2, his solution was to poach the family of their tilers.

The Cursio brothers Adrian, Anthony and Gino are tiling royalty when it comes to The Block. The brothers have been titling on the hit renovation show since 2019.

Michael, the son of Gino will be working with his father on House 4, whilst Anthony and Adrian will continue to work on House 2 (the house they are contracted too).

This did not sit well with Wyatt.

He pointed out they’ve already helped House 4 by “hooking them up with waterproofers in Week 1, tilers in Week 2, and waterproofers last night”.

The ever reliable Home And Away did the numbers for Seven overnight. The 139th episode raked in 1.5 million viewers and an average of one million (beating The Block’s average audience by 41 thousand).

And over on 10, The Traitors was its most popular entertainment program.
