The Tasmanian government’s tourism department is set to put its creative account out to tender, almost four months after signalling an overhaul of its marketing program.
According to a notice on Tourism Tasmania’s tender portal, the department “will be seeking to contract lead creative agency services via an expression of interest/request for tender procurement process” next month.
The new contract for the creative account will be for three years, commencing in March 2019. JimJam is the incumbent lead creative agency on the account.
The tender notice comes after Tourism Tasmania issued a request for information on its tender portal in May to collect facts and opinions from marketing technology providers on the Interactive Design and Information Architecture Project.
