The Bachelor and the ever-resilient Googlebox continue to prove a ratings boon for Ten and had the network within a hair’s breadth of pipping Nine for second spot last night.
The ‘Honey Badger’ was the most watched entertainment show of the night, posting 882,000. While Gogglebox did well with 735,000.
Seven won Thursday with 28.6 per cent of the audience share. Nine had 24.2 per cent and Ten was tantalisingly close with 23.5 per cent. The ABC took home 15.7 per cent and SBS had a neat eight.
Seven’s 6pm news was the most watched show of the night with 954,000. The network’s other highlights included The Chase (553,000), Home And Away (545,000) and The Front Bar (407,000).
Nine’s night went thus: 6pm news (844,000), ACA (664,000), RBT (480,000), Hot Seat (448,000) and Driving Test (425,000).
Over at Aunty, its best was its 7pm news (652,000), followed by 7.30 (492,000), Grand Designs Australia (399,000) and Loch Ness (343,000).
SBS’s best was 24 Hours In Police Custody that locked-up 176,000 viewers.
