Design agency The Creative Method has appointed Charlotte Healey as strategic client development manager, strengthening the agency’s senior team as it continues to grow across FMCG, food and beverage, QSR, hospitality, and retail.
Healey brings more than 15 years’ experience across brand, retail, customer experience, loyalty, and consumer engagement.
Her career includes senior marketing roles at IKEA Australia and a role as head of strategy at global loyalty agency UNGA, where she worked on major consumer loyalty and collectible programs for Woolworths and other retailers, alongside roles with Westpac, Vodafone and The Body Shop.
In her new role, Healey will focus on developing new and existing client relationships and identifying opportunities where The Creative Method’s brand, packaging, and customer experience capabilities can support broader business growth.
The Creative Method managing director Nicole Rippey said Healey’s combination of client-side, retail, and consumer experience made her a natural fit for the agency.
“Charlotte understands brands from the point where strategy meets actual customer behaviour. She’s spent much of her career thinking about what makes people notice, choose, and come back to a brand, and what that means commercially,” Rippey said.
“We weren’t looking for someone simply to bring in leads. We wanted someone who understands the challenges our clients are trying to solve and can spot where we can genuinely add value. Charlotte brings that, along with a huge amount of energy and curiosity.”
Healey said the opportunity to bring together her experience across brands, customers, and commercial growth attracted her to the role.
“I’ve spent much of my career working at the point where brands, customers, and commercial opportunities all come together. What drew me to The Creative Method is the way the team combines strategic thinking and storytelling with smart design that has real impact.
“I’m excited to build new relationships, uncover new opportunities and help more businesses see what the right brand thinking can unlock.”
Healey has commenced in the role.
