The Chaser Renames Podcast To The Joe Rogan Experience & Soars Up The Charts

The Chaser has renamed one of it’s podcasts to the Joe Rogan Experience and bought the domain name JoeRogan.com.au – because why not?

Basically, The Chaser woke up yesterday and chose to be agents of chaos by renaming their podcast to The Joe Rogan Experience.

The Joe Rogan domain the pranksters bought redirects people to the vaccine hub websites and The Chaser’s Joe Rogan podcast became the number one Joe Rogan podcast in Australia.

Basically, their stunt got a ton of attention!

The blurb for the podcast reads: “Just another regular episode of The Joe Rogan Experience in which Joe Rogan interviews Ben Shapiro, and both intellectual giants share their expert opinions on vaccines, climate change, and women.

“For the true Joe Rogan Experience, experience listen to this episode on repeat 24 times to waste 4 hours of your day”

Even more amusingly their version of The Joe Rogan Experience was just a podcast that promises vaccines. Particularly funny when you consider that Politico reported, Rogan said: “If you’re like 21 years old and you say to me, ‘Should I get vaccinated? I’ll go, no.

“If you’re a healthy person and you’re exercising all the time and you’re young and you’re eating well, I don’t think you need to worry about this.”

We're now the number one Joe Rogan podcast in Australia, sucked in to any other Joe Rogans out there

So why are The Chaser picking on Rogan?

If you missed it – musicians are now boycotting Spotify – the platform that hosts Rogan’s podcast because he spreads misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.

The boycott has even prompted Spotify to announce it will soon add a content advisory to any podcast episodes that discuss COVID-19.

Still, even that update didn’t stop The Chaser from having a few clever digs.

However, while the Prank may have worked The Chaser has admitted it cost them – they lost 60 per cent of their subscribers.

But anything for a joke right?
