Influencer marketing specialist Social Soup has announced the appointment of two new experts to increase its capabilities in content strategy and video.
Mima Seminara joins Social Soup in the newly-created role of influence director from the US, where she most recently drove content and influencer marketing for dotcom start-up Naturebox.
In her new role, Seminara will continue to drive growth in Social Soup’s influencer community and will lead the strategic innovation of social media, while working with the management team to drive business growth, industry leadership and best practice.
To compliment Seminara’s skill set, Mustafa Ebrahimi has been recruited as Social Soup’s new influencer community manager.
Ebrahimi was most recently head of community at Boom Video, and was part of pioneering the influencer space for YouTube over the past five years.
Social Soup CEO Sharyn Smith said: “As authorities in their field, Mima and Mustafa are promising additions and have brought a wealth of invaluable influencer experience on board.
“We’re delighted they are joining us as the scope of influencer marketing grows, and we are expanding capabilities across high end influencer partnerships and video-based campaigns. Influencer marketing continues to grow and is now a go-to strategy for most brands wanting to increase marketing impact.”
