AFDigital, a Salesforce Summit “AKA Platinum” Consulting Partner with offices across Australia and in the Philippines, has publicly announced its strategic alliance with Datec, the leading ICT provider in the Pacific Islands, to provide boots on ground support across the Pacific Islands for Salesforce customers.

The partnership ensures that there is local capability to support Pacific Island customers with Salesforce implementations, as well as to provide ongoing support. Satyen Singh, CEO of Datec, has a strong vision to transform the Pacific Islands, and this partnership is a significant step forward to making that happen.

Datec is 100 per cent owned by Vodafone Fiji and is a leading technology solution provider of enterprise application and infrastructure , and a wide range of professional services. Established 37 years ago, Datec is now one of the largest technology providers in the region with a vast clientele that includes large corporations, the banking, financial services, and insurance sector, governments, statutory organisations, non-profit organisations, retailers, traders, and small to medium businesses.

AFDigital has been a consulting partner to Salesforce across APAC since 2012, with expertise in sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, and marketing cloud. The company caters to clients from a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, retail and consumer goods, health and life sciences, financial services, non profit, and education, among others. The company is committed to its customers throughout their journey and helping them achieve digital transformation, helping redefine their customer, partner, and employee experience by providing scalable, smart, and agile solutions to ensure continuous success.

AFDigital CEO Robin Leonard said: “AFDigital has a long history of working with Pacific Island clients, we recognise every organisation has unique business needs, and with the growing demand for ‘boots-on-the-ground’ and an investment in local talent, it made absolute sense to form a strategic alliance with the leading ICT organisation in the region. Satyen and the Datec team have been brilliant to collaborate with and we are excited about what the future will hold for all stakeholders.”
