Rawson Homes has launched a new integrated advertising campaign and new set of distinctive assets, celebrating the shared journey of building a home.
Central to this next chapter is: The Kookabrothers. Swoop and Cookie are a pair of kookaburras who aim to bring warmth and humour to the Rawson Homes experience.
Swoop and Cookie embody Rawson Homes’ commitment to guidance and reassurance at every stage. The result is a campaign grounded in Australian character and true to Rawson Homes.
Developed in partnership with creative agency DO., the campaign brings Rawson Homes’ “Build Better Together” promise to life through character-led storytelling and a local tone.
The campaign includes a television commercial, supported by digital, social, radio and broader integrated executions. DO.’s approach centred on creating characters with warmth and distinctive companions designed to humanise the building journey and make Rawson Homes recognisable.
The campaign also features new brand sonic assets and a refreshed visual identify for the brand.
Victoria Primrose head of marketing Rawson Group said: “With this next evolution of Build Better Together, we’re doubling down on long‑term brand distinctiveness. We saw a clear opportunity to stand apart in the category, and the Kookabrothers give Rawson Homes a more emotive and memorable way to show up. Their presence strengthens our ability to land our core message: delivering a standout customer experience and guiding buyers with confidence through every step of the home‑building journey.”
Neale Horrigan executive creative director at DO. said: “Building a home can feel overwhelming, so we wanted to introduce a campaign that felt joyful, relatable and unmistakably Australian. Kookaburras are part of the soundtrack of Australia. By giving them personality through Swoop and Cookie, we’ve created characters that make people smile, while reinforcing Rawson’s promise of working side-by-side with customers every step of the way.”
The campaign will roll out across television, digital, social and radio.
