WPP has appointed Publicis Groupe’s Jessica Farrell as chief people officer for Australia and New Zealand, effective 2 November 2026.
Farrell joins WPP with more than 20 years of experience in people and culture leadership across Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK and Ireland.
She has held senior roles with organisations including Nike, Virgin Active and Red Bull and most recently led the People & Culture function for Publicis Groupe Australia. Over the past nine years, she has helped shape the group’s people strategy, culture and talent agenda across the region.
In her new role, Farrell will lead WPP’s people strategy across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining talent, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the group’s continued growth across the region.
