Ideally, the New Zealand made research platform transforming how brands create with their customers, has announced it is officially expanding into the United States. Alongside the expansion, Ideally has appointed Nikkia Reveillac, former global head of insights at Netflix and Twitter, as its fractional chief brand and strategy officer.
At Netflix, Reveillac was instrumental in defining the company’s first brand promise, and at Twitter she led global research shaping how people used and experienced the platform. At Ideally, she will drive the company’s U.S. growth and brand strategy, bringing her human-centric approach to innovation into the fast-changing market research industry.
Marketers and product teams still face lengthy timelines, high costs and static decks. Ideally flips that model, giving teams overnight access to continuous, living data so they can test ideas, validate assumptions and co-create with real consumers at every stage.
Ideally blends researcher-built AI with inclusive research design to deliver rapid insights from diverse, real people. Its modern take on Usage & Attitudes studies helps teams understand how people use products and feel about categories without months-long programmes.
“We started in New Zealand to prove that a small, focused team can change how insight powers creation,” said Joshua Nu’u-Steele, co-founder of Ideally. “Our growth here shows what’s possible when organisations build with people, not just for them. And now we’re taking that worldwide.”
“Market research is at an inflection point. For too long, it’s been a gatekeeper rather than an enabler of creativity and innovation. Ideally flips that script by putting people at the centre and making insight as dynamic as the world we live in”, added Reveillac.
“That’s the kind of transformation I’ve spent my career advocating for, and why I’m excited to help bring it to life in the U.S.”
