Amanda Holenstein.

NOVA Entertainment has promoted Amanda Holenstein to commercial director – Melbourne, expanding her remit to lead NOVA’s Melbourne commercial team.

This appointment reflects NOVA’s continued investment in commercial leadership in Melbourne and commitment to recognising and developing talent from within the business.

Since joining NOVA almost 11 years ago, including more than six years leading the Melbourne agency team, Holenstein has built deep relationships across the Melbourne agency market and is highly regarded by colleagues, clients and agency partners.

Holenstein’s expanded remit will see her play a key role in driving collaboration, engagement, culture and commercial performance across the Melbourne sales team.

The appointment supports NOVA’s ambition to be a strategic performance partner in audio, combining audience, creativity, data, measurement and partnerships to drive measurable outcomes for customers.

Chief commercial officer, Nicole Bence, said “Amanda’s promotion recognises an exceptional leader who understands both our customers and our people. As we continue to evolve from trading reach to being a true performance partner for our customers, we need leaders who can bring together relationships, creativity, intelligence and a relentless focus on outcomes.”

Holenstein commented on the new role, “I’m really excited about the opportunity ahead. Our ambition is to be more than a media partner, we want to deeply understand our customers’ challenges, bring the best of NOVA to them and demonstrate the impact audio can have on their business.

“I’m looking forward to working with our Melbourne team as we drive continued growth and innovation for our partners.”

Holenstein’s promotion is effective immediately.
