Meltwater Names Alissa Sargeant As Head Of Talent Acquisition For APAC

Alissa Sargeant has been appointed as the new head of talent acquisition (APAC) at leading media monitoring and social analytics platforms Meltwater.

Sargeant is a highly experienced HR professional with two decades of experience in senior regional roles at technology firms across Asia Pacific and Japan. Before joining Meltwater, she was Talent Acquisition Leader and HR Business Partner for global IT firm NCR Corporation, where she brought a strong people focus to recruitment across all business divisions.

Sargeant said: “I’m delighted to be joining Meltwater at such an exciting time for the company and the wider media industry. Their investment in technology has created a need for highly skilled people at a time when the global talent market is increasingly competitive.
