Stay tuned for the stories of the rest of our winners, which we’ll be rolling out for the rest of the week.

You can also see all the winners here and photos from the night here.

Hayley Treasure – Spotify

Hayley started her media sales journey almost a decade ago. Travelling the breadth of Australia from Perth to Sydney, Hayley secured her first media role at oOh!media within three weeks of arriving. A year later, Hayley wanted to broaden her skills, so started her next chapter at Nine, where she was soon promoted to a sales representative position. Hayley was selected as one of the ‘Nine at Nine’, an advanced 12-month training and development program designed to fast-track career progression.

Hayley was the youngest candidate chosen to partake out of over 500-plus employees nationally. While working at Nine, she won Media-i TV salesperson of the year.

After five years at Nine, Hayley moved from TV to digital and started working at Spotify.

Within three years, she has been promoted from account manager to account director to group sales manager. She’s been nominated as NSW, Victorian and Queensland digital rep of the year in Media-i Awards in the past two years. Candid, determined and collaborative, Hayley continues to be a trailblazer in the industry and shows no signs of slowing down.

Sarah Lattouf – MCN

Sarah is one of the youngest staff members of the senior leadership teams at MCN. She credits her hard work and strong understanding of TV, digital and print for her rapid career progression. Working across more than 30 brands has given Sarah a deep understanding and technical knowledge of the industry.

Over her career, Sarah has achieved numerous accolades, including leading the sales of the first-ever E! People’s Choice Award, exceeding revenue target by 20 per cent.

SL FINAL

Lattouf successfully launched nationalgeographic.com onto the MCN Network, was the Bauer Media sales person of the quarter (2015) and the Commonwealth Bank area salesperson of the Quarter (2014).

As a self-proclaimed “go-to-person”, Sarah believes it’s important to earn your seat at the table. And, when it comes to what success means to her, she attributes being a trusted voice as vital. She also considers growth, passion and being a role model as important success measures.

Travis Kirk – Network 10

Travis’ career started out with an unpaid internship at Network 10 Brisbane in 2014 before he was officially got the job and transferred to Sydney. He was promoted five times in five years at Network 10 and MCN, progressing through the ranks to group sales manager. As GSM, he leads and mentors a team of seven salespeople on the frontline, negotiating sales and contracts and offering customer service to 10’s clients.

His key achievements include securing multi-million-dollar annual contracts, successfully implementing personal development and individual performance plans for all members of his team and delivering 57 per cent year-on-year increases in revenue across his portfolio.

Travis’ passion for the industry drives and inspires him. His key to enthusiasm is his daily focus as well as embracing change and opportunities to grow personally within a constantly evolving space. In his role at 10, Travis considers success to be meeting and exceeding group sales budgets and mentoring and supporting his group, as well as the wider sales team to get the best results.
