Margot Robbie Embraces The 70s And Goes Natural For Vogue

British Vogue debuted its August edition with a stripped back Margot Robbie as the magazines cover girl.

The Australian actress, known for her roles in Wolf Of Wall Street and Suicide Squad appeared on the cover in  Chanel.

Although the 31-year old looked makeup-free, her natural look was created by famed makeup artist Pati Dubroff, who according to Vogue was going for a 70s inspired look.

Robbie, who was on the cover to promote her new film The Suicide Squad, opened up to the magazine about the importance of women being the lead actors in high budget Hollywood action films.

Robbie told Vogue, “From a business or statistical standpoint, those are the high-paying jobs. So I really want to advocate for women writing big blockbuster action films. And then also, the perception that women aren’t interested in action is ridiculous.”

The cover was shot by Lachlan Bailey.

Naturally, Twitter users had some thoughts about the natural look.

Even, Angela Bishop weighed in.
