Independent media agency Half Dome has appointed Ronny Raichura as head of digital, a deliberate investment in the continued development of the agency’s digital and performance capability.
Raichura brings 20 years’ experience in digital and performance marketing across the UK, India and Australia. He will lead Half Dome’s digital and performance teams, working closely with the agency’s client, strategy and investment functions to further strengthen the connection between strategy, execution and measurable commercial outcomes.
Raichura’s career spans senior roles at Omnicom Media Group, iProspect, MediaCom, Universal McCann and VCCP Media, as well as managing director at Impressive.
He was most recently head of digital and transformation at indie Match & Wood.
Will Harms, co-founder and managing director of Half Dome, said the appointment reflects the agency’s ongoing commitment to investing in exceptional people who bring fresh thinking and build on the outcomes it delivers for clients.
With strong foundations already in place, Raichura’s experience, strategic thinking and technical expertise will build on them, elevate delivery and help identify new opportunities for clients.
“We’ve always believed that great people are what make Half Dome successful, and continuing to invest in exceptional talent is fundamental to where we’re taking the agency,” Harms said.
“As our industry and clients’ needs evolve, so too must our people, capabilities and offering. Ronny brings a wealth of experience, strong strategic thinking and a fresh perspective that will complement the talented team we already have.
“This appointment is about building on our strengths, investing in our future and ensuring Half Dome continues to be a progressive, independent agency delivering great work and meaningful outcomes for our clients. We’re excited to have Ronny play an important role in that next chapter.”
Raichura brings deep expertise in search, biddable media and analytics with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and winning new business. At Half Dome, Raichura will lead the agency’s digital offering and embed AI-native thinking into how teams work and how clients grow.
“What attracted me to Half Dome was the opportunity to join an independent agency with genuine ambition, strong values and a clear commitment to doing great work,” Raichura said.
“There’s already a strong foundation here, and I’m looking forward to bringing a fresh perspective, working alongside the team and finding new ways to strengthen our digital offering and create even greater value for our clients.”
