Herd MSL Australia has launched the Reputation Resilience Council, a service designed to support existing and new clients in navigating a complex and fast-evolving risk landscape.
The advisory council strengthens the agency’s reputation-protecting services by bringing together key subject matter experts and leading communications specialists to consult on emerging and persistent business risks through an integrated operational and reputational lens.
“As the digital, regulatory and geopolitical landscape evolves, so do the risks that threaten brand integrity. Businesses today are transforming rapidly, and they require not only planning and foresight, but also highly specialised skills and knowledge at the cutting edge of emerging issues,” said Skye Lambley, Herd MSL Australia CEO.
“Cybersecurity, sustainability, economic volatility and AI adoption are topics we know are top of mind for Australian businesses, and if communications are poorly managed, they can be highly damaging in a world of eroding consumer trust and rising community expectations.”
“Every business is grappling with AI right now. Beyond the technology, we are seeing organisational transformation in its truest sense, and at scale. Roles, functions and business models will be completely redefined and to make that transition successful requires a broad skillset,” added Gavin Seewooruttun, Publicis Sapient VP of data and AI and Reputation Resilience Council member.
Herd MSL Australia’s Reputation Resilience Council embodies the agency’s commitment to providing strategic, expert-driven solutions that address the most pressing challenges clients face today.
The Herd MSL Australia Reputation Resilience Council consists of: Shane Bell, founder and CEO, NSB Cyber; Tess Ariotti, lead sustainability consultant, Salterbaxter; Seewooruttun; David Williams-Chen, founder and managing director of Positive Economics Advisory; and Megan Caulfield, employee experience and change specialist.
