B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards, presented by Vevo is set for its night-of-nights for the industries young leaders on Thursday, 12 March 2026. With entries now closed, it’s time to dust off the cob webs off your formal attire and buy your tickets now!
To celebrate the awards that hail the industries fiercest, brightest, young trailblazers, we sat down with Crystal Davis, the 2025 Entrepreneur winner, to talk about her career ambitions and how her career has catapulted since winning a 30 Under 30 award.
Come and celebrate the NEXT generation who will carry the industry into the future.
B&T: What’s happened in your career since being recognised as part of B&T’s 30 Under 30?
Crystal Davis: Since being recognised as part of B&T’s 30 Under 30, I’ve had the opportunity to take some time out of advertising to focus on our business, Foreign Friends, in a greater capacity. It’s been fun to trade copywriting for irrigation for a little while!
B&T: What are your career ambitions? Has this changed after being recognised this year?
CD: Whilst I am still not 100 per cent sure which direction my career will take me in, I am certain that my love for creativity, strategy, and business will lead me to start and grow more businesses in the future. For now, I plan to continue working in a creative capacity, hopefully overseas for a while!
B&T: What trends/ opportunities are exciting you in the industry?
CD: In advertising, I think there is an appetite for some incredible craft out there, and that is really exciting to me. When it comes to wine, I believe there will be some clever and amazing sustainability solutions, from farming to packaging, in the coming years that challenge traditions and consumer/industry perceptions as they are now.
B&T: Why did you choose to enter this year’s 30 Under 30?
CD: I had some great supporters in my previous role who always encouraged me to enter 30 Under 30, and whilst in previous years I hadn’t felt quite ready, by 2025 it felt like my experiences aligned better for me to enter.
B&T: What advice would you give to other emerging leaders in the industry?
CD: If it feels scary, do it!
