Former Fiftyfive5 executives Darren Kemp and Keira Braybrook have launched Instella, a new strategic research consultancy.
The pair said the business launches as organisations face growing pressure to anticipate change, understand evolving customer needs, and make fast, confident decisions.
In a release, Instella said it combines deep expertise in strategy, human understanding, and market dynamics to support organisations navigating an increasingly complex and fast-moving landscape.
“We created Instella to bridge the gap between insight, intelligence and action. Our focus is on helping organisations move faster, with confidence, by turning complex information into practical insights and strategies that drive growth,” said Kemp.
Instella added that it combines multiple data sources, advanced research methodologies and senior-level expertise to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions, anchored in insight.
“At Instella our senior team work hands-on with organisations to enable a more tailored, agile, and collaborative way of working. We design bespoke approaches to truly answer the brief and deliver outcomes that are effective and implementable,” added Braybrook.
